Oleum Sicilia Soc. Coop. in collaboration with Unaprol SCaP and Coldiretti Sicilia organizes a professional training course for tasters for the sensory analysis of olive oil.
The training course aims to reduce the information gap of consumers and operators on the distinctive characteristics of the products, on the methods of consumption and on the enhancement in food diets, with the ambition of triggering a chain process in which the target involved can assume the role of ambassador and witness of these values.
The first level course, authorized by the Region of Sicily and valid for obtaining the certificate of physiological suitability for tasting olive oil pursuant to Art. 2 of the MIPAAF Ministerial Decree of 18/06/14, will take place on days 1 – 2 – 7 – 8 and 9 February 2019 in Palermo in Via Mariano Stabile n. 160.
